Payment conditions
- Full prepayment is required upon arrival. If during your stay there is an amendment in your reservation the difference will be refund or paid at the time.
Cancellation Policy
- You will be able to cancel your reservation without notice and with no charges.
Check-in / Check-out
- The check in time is from 3 PM. An early check in is only possible if there are rooms available at the arrival.
- The check out time is 12 PM. The hotel offers to its clients a secure luggage store space.
Taxes
- 19% VAT and hotel insurance are NOT included. Non-resident foreigners are exempt from paying VAT on accommodation.
* Only guide dogs are accepted.
* The hotel offers special deals for groups over 10 rooms.
